Neel has 8 years of experience in the industry overseeing commissioning and retro-commissioning projects as a commissioning coordinator, commissioning project manager and engineering project manager for a developer. Neel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ryerson University in Canada. Prior to starting Ethos Consultants, Neel has worked as the Head of Engineering for a large-scale development in Los Cabos where he was overseeing the development of multiple luxury resorts and residences. Neel’s experience of managing projects from concept to completion in luxury real estate market in Mexico is an asset to the clients. Neel’s approach to commissioning involves working directly with the owner and contractors to achieve the end product with efficiency, safety and quality. 

Commissioning Specialist and Mechanical Associate 

Felipe has 14 years of experience in several projects, including luxury hospitality, towers residential, manufacture and Oil and Gas. Felipe graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Universidad Técnologica de México and he is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute. Felipe has worked as MEP Project and Construction Manager overseeing the development some projects in Mexico City, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Felipe is also experienced in the manage, programming, and supervision. Felipe works directly with the client and contractors to manage the time, quality and cost to meets expectations from all stakeholders. 

Commissioning Specialist and Lead Electrical Associate 

Braiden comes to the Ethos team as a highly accomplished electrical consultant and journeyman electrician recognized as a team player, with nearly two decades of residential, commercial, and industrial experience. Dedicated to ensuring electrical design, installations, maintenance, and commissioning activities meet every project’s requirement. Braiden has most recently been working as a Projects Engineer for various large-scale developments in Latin America. His knowledge of electrical codes, analytical skills and technical expertise provides clients with comfort throughout the project stages. Braiden´s vast experience within many critical infrastructure projects has prepared him to execute any project safely and efficiently. 

Lead Commissioning Coordinator 

Omar has 20 years of experience in various projects, including luxury hospitality, high-rise buildings and interior design offices. For the past several years he has been involved in mission critical facilities. Omar has worked as an electromechanical Project and Construction Manager supervising the development of projects in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Mexico City, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Omar has extensive experience being part of multidisciplinary teams and coordination of comprehensive designs, streamlining processes in a precise and clear way. (Architecture, MEP, HVAC and special systems). 

Senior Project Executive 

Luis brings to the table 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His diverse experience as a design and commissioning consultant as well as a owner’s representative is an asset for Ethos specially in mission critical facilities. Luis is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Finances. Professional Certification as a Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) from Bicsi, LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) from the USGBC and Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI). Experience in electrical and ITS design and Project Management. Experience as part of multidisciplinary teams and coordination of integral designs (architecture, MEP, HVAC and special systems). 

Commissioning Specialist and Mechanical Associate 

Leonardo has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Universidad de Costa Rica, a WELL AP certification and a PMP certification with 7 years of experience in design, coordination and site inspection of MEP residential, commercial, high-end hospitality and industrial projects. For the past years he has been involved in the development and a multidisciplinary coordination for the best-fit mechanical solution like HVAC, FP&LS, Plumbing, Compressed air, Ultra-Pure Water, Process Water, LPG and others following international standards and client requirements. Leonardo has worked as a Design Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager for several important projects in Mexico and Costa Rica always keeping the best practices and construction standards in order to deliver the best solution to any challenge.
